Returns

• We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, please contact us at rubabshijab@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if you provide a clear unboxing video taken at the time of opening the parcel and the item is shown to be damaged or incorrect.
• If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend checking your order immediately upon arrival and recording your unboxing for a smooth claims process.
